Even though the Environmental Protection Agency has said it will delay enforcement of its rules to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from stationary sources until 2011, industry is continuing to put pressure on the agency to halt its planned approach before those regulations go into effect March 31, when the agency finalizes its mobile sources rules governing vehicle emissions.
